cancelation policy 

 We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment

Day of cancelation will result in 100% of your service to be paid before being allowed to rebook.

 

No showing will result in 100% of your service to be paid before being allowed to rebook. 

​

All cancelation fee's are subject to HST. We allow a 15 minute grace period, however anything later will result in an altered service or rescheduling. You are responsible for 100% of the original service.
